Hello! We have had a 1994 typhoon for a number of years and have been very happy with it. At the end of the summer last year children playing football banged a ball against the washroom wall and we discovered that the plastic vanity basin is now very badly cracked. I would like to get a new basin. Can anyone suggest a source please?

I am in the process of purchasing a new Elddis sunseeker 100 motorhome. I was wondering if any of your members have any experience on this model and can advise me if my choice is a good one. How can I become a member of your elddis owners club? Many thanks Jan Forse

We've just purchased a second hand 1991 300/2. The plywood on the external side of the floor panel under the bathroom area extending along the back of the caravan has rotted. Is this a common problem? Any suggested remedies?

Are we talking about the same company? I am on my 9th Elddis caravan and although I have had problems with individual dealers from time to time who, as has been said, lose interest once the money has changed hands, I have never had any bad experiences with the factory, all queries have been sorted politely and as quickly as with any other manufacturer. The dealer problem doesn't happen twice as I simply go to a different dealer for my next van. To be honest I have only ever had to do this with one dealer who no longer sells Elddis vans

Have a super sirocco from Discover Newport before they closed. Had nothing but problems with it. Went back to them 5 times for warranty work that was not completed had to pay myself to get them sorted as what is left of discover totally ignored me when trying to get the issues sorted. Explorer don't want to know. I contacted them and was given a compete fob off. Had 3 swift and one Coachman before this van, would never buy explorer again and am looking to go back to Swift.

The Elddis Crusader Typhoon is the worst caravan I have ever had in 22 years of caravaning. I do not recomend Elddis and would never buy one again. Elddis are not interested in their customers once you have purchased the product. There is a desihn fault and they are not interested.

Hi there, we are the proud owners of a 1993 Wisp 450CT, love every inch of it! Also wondering where we can get our hands on a manual/handbook and some stickers/stripes for the front as ours are faded. Have trawled through ebay to no avail!
