E-mail: d.daviesbrown@googlemail.com 		We resently bought an Elddis Caravan, I would like to know where I can purchase some awning rail, we require about 2 - 3 m for our Elddis Crusader Sirocco told it is a 1996 it is a great caravan, we have just got back from our first holiday in it, we have four children 17, 15, 13 & 8 and it did not seem too small.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

E-mail: Rodsuedwards@xtra.co.nz 		We have recently purchased an imported to New Zealnd 2000 Eldiss Slipstream Xl caravan.Absolutley love it.However parts and advice are scarce here and this what attracted us to your site .What we found after puchase is there is provision for a spare wheel.Can anyone please tell us what wheel will fit? Ford? Nissan?
Help... Our local tyre shops and breakers are no help at all.Thanks Rod

 Paula I'm glad your happy withm your choice of van now but I have to say I am now on my 7th elddis van in a row and have loved each one of them. I have always got on with the dealers with the exception of one for them and have alwys found the aftersales at the factory to be faultless. As far as I'm concerned I really can't see us having another brand of caravan with the past experience we've had.

E-mail: paulaob@hotmail.com 		Update on my last post re: discover and my super sirocco. Well finally got rid of it to a dealer and got a great trade in on a Bailey Pegasus. That is the last time I will ever buy an explorer group product. Have to say I miss the black privacy windows but that is all I do miss. bad workmanship, no edgings finished off inside, handles that fall off of bathroom doors after no use at all, hot water that does not reach the shower etc, do I need to go on. I was looking to buy a bucaneer Schooner when changing the last one but the total take your money your on your own attitude has changed my mind. when they get there act together and sort things out I may think about it until them I will certainly not be buying another Elddis or any other Explorer caravan. With the prices now I demand quality no expect is at some point after purchasing a 19k caravan and that is what i have felt it has been like. Sorry all and hope you have not had the same experience as me.
